The rate for your package is fixed and guaranteed for the entire duration of your initial 12-month commitment.
After this first year, should my general rates increase for new clients, you would be notified at least 3 months in advance. My promise is to always prioritize the relationship with my existing partners by guaranteeing them a stable and preferential rate. No bad surprises.

When is the first payment due?
The first monthly payment is due at the very beginning of our collaboration, right after our written agreement and before the creation work begins.
Afterward, billing occurs monthly in a simple manner, as previously agreed upon.
Who is your service for?
If you are looking to build a massive e-commerce website with tens of products, or if you want to tinker with the code yourself every weekend, I am not the right fit.

What exactly does the monthly time allotted for "content updates & tech advice" cover?
- Your Updates & Advice (Your Monthly Time) : This is your included time (30 or 60 minutes) to evolve your site. Use it for any content update request (changing text, a photo, a price) or to get quick advice on an idea or a technical question. It’s your direct line to me to keep your site alive and relevant.
- Your Technical Serenity (Included in all packages) : This is the foundational work I do for you continuously, and which is never deducted from your monthly time. This includes preventive maintenance, security updates, and backups. It’s the invisible guarantee that your site always remains high-performing and protected.
Once the site is live, if I want a modification, what is the usual response time?
My availability is designed to fit your reality as an independent professional.
You can send me your request at any time. I am most responsive in the evenings and on weekends—which is often when you finally have a quiet moment to think about your website and gather your ideas.
My promise is simple: I will reply quickly to acknowledge your request and give you a timeline. Small modifications are generally handled the same evening or within 48 hours.
Of course, partners on the Concierge package receive priority service, but my guarantee remains the same for everyone: you are never left in uncertainty.
